Local Housing Match
Interested in staying with a local dancer during the event? Use the form below to apply between August 15 and October 1, 2025. Housing is not guaranteed, but our amazing coordinator, Richelle, will do her best to match you up!
Staying In the Area
While there are no hotels within walking distance of our venues, there are many vacation rentals available close by. If you plan to book one with friends, we recommend staying within walking distance of Cherokee St.
Maps
The map below shows the location of our two dance/workshop venues along with recommended local eats and coffee.
Planes, Trains, and Automobiles
St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL)
If you plan to fly into our beautiful city for N/evermore, we have two airports that are roughly 30 minutes driving distance from South City / Cherokee Street – St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) & MidAmerica St Louis Airport (BLV). Between the two, only STL airport has public transportation options into the city.
Getting from STL Airport to Civic Center
- Board the MLR Red Line to Shiloh Scott (eastbound) from Lambert Airport Terminal 1 or 2.
- Terminal 1 is the end of the line, so the train will rest for a few minutes in place before departing. Terminal 2 will be the second stop.
- Tickets must be validated prior to boarding.
- Physical tickets can be purchase at Ticket Vending Machines located at both stations.
- Digital tickets can be purchased through the transit app.
- If you plan to take a few bus rides throughout the weekend, the transit app is a great resource to create travel routes, check bus schedules, purchase fare, and more. It is fairly easy and intuitive to use, but feel free to email us if you have any issues – we use the bus systems regularly!
- Take the Red Line to Civic Center TC (approx. 30 mins) & depart there.
Amtrak (Gateway Station) / Greyhound (St Louis Bus Station)
If you plan to take a train or bus into the city, both the Amtrak and Greyhound stations are conveniently located next to Civic Center.
Getting from Civic Center to Cherokee Street
- Walk up to street level on the EAST side of the metro tracks to enter the Civic Center Transit Center.
- From here you should see a Metro bus bay. If you see Greyhound buses or more trains, you went west on accident – go to the other side of the metro tracks.
- Walk down to the southmost bus in the bay, #11 Chippewa – this is your best and more direct route down to the corner of Cherokee St.
- If timing works out that you take a different bus (a few others can take you close to the area), just make sure you are going SOUTH from Civic Center.
- Take #11 to Cherokee Street for Blue Hour or Miami St for Intersect (approx. 30 mins) & depart.
Bikes & Feet
All activities through the weekend are designed to be walkable from Cherokee St. We encourage you to leave the car behind when possible (old city means limited street parking only – no parking lots) and walk, bike, or skate to/from and between venues.
We are currently working on getting bike racks set up outside of our venues, so be sure to bring your bike lock!
